Valentine's Day is a special time of year when we celebrate those we love. This Valentine felt board is easy to make and can be used as a fun Valentine's Day craft activity for preschoolers. Cricut Design Space SVG pattern - Valentine’s Day Felt Board
Felt sheet (find great felt at Benzie Design or find more buying options in the Types of Felt section of How to Sew Felt blog post) - peach 2x (cookie color", “XO” cookies), red 2x (hearts, “XO” icing, “O” in Love letter cookie sign), pink (hearts, “L, E” in Love letter cookie sign), white (envelope, icing, “V” in Love letter cookie sign)

Scissors (my favorite ones are KAI 5 1/2 inch embroidery scissors or KAI 6 1/3 inch patchwork scissors)

How to Make Valentine’s Day Felt Board Activity

Cut all the hearts felt shapes from felt. I left color suggestions in the pattern; however, you can choose any color you want and have it available. Make an envelope with a white flap and a heart stamp. Cut cookie letter signs XO (with icing) and LOVE. Craft linzer cookies with strawberry marmalade (my favorite ones, they are so delicious). And don’t forget about cookies with icing :)

What an easy Valentine’s Day craft! Kids will be thrilled playing with felt heart cookies, Linzer cookies, cookies with icing, and letter cookies. This Valentine craft activity for preschoolers gives so many options to be creative. Each time somebody took the set to play, they made a new creation. It’s so much fun to watch.
